About Trewan Farm


Trewan Farm is an eighteenth century farmhouse adjoining the owners home in a quiet country lane approximately one mile from the old market town of St Columb Major, centrally located to the north and south coasts with vast stretches of sandy beaches.

 

We are within easy reach of Padstow renowned for Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant, and many other local attractions including costal path walks from Newquay to Padstow.

 

Bicycle rides along the lovely Camel Trail (which also boasts its own vineyard) from Wadebridge to Padstow and Bodmin, with bicycles available for hire. There are numerous golf courses, horse riding, go-karting, and surfing facilities, all close by including the Surfing Extreme Academy at Watergate Bay.






Places of interest to visit include the Tate Gallery and Hepworth Museum at St Ives, the Maritime Museum at Falmouth, the Eden Project, Crealy Adventure Park, and numerous gardens and country hoses open to the public.

Newquay Airport is just four miles away and has car hire facilities available, if booked in advance cheap flights from Stanstead to Newquay Airports can be booked via Ryan Air, other routes are covered by Air Southwest.
